PORTLAND, Ore. – Felipe Mora scored while Diego Valeri joined an elite MLS group with a goal but the Portland Timbers lost to the LA Galaxy 3-2 Wednesday night at Providence Park.
Valeri's goal gave him 80 career goals and 83 career assists which makes him only the third player in MLS history behind Landon Donovan and Jamie Moreno to have achieved the 80/80 club.
