Jeremy Ebobisse wins Supporters’ Player of the Year

The Timbers Army named Timbers forward Jeremy Ebobisse as their 2020 Supporters’ Player of the Year on Sunday.

Ebobisse has had a stellar 2020 despite missing the past few matches with a concussion. He is tied for the team lead in goals with eight on the season while also putting together two assists. Ebobisse also set a club record this season after appearing in 75 consecutive matches for the club.

The 23-year-old forward has also been quite active off the pitch over the course of the year. Ebobisse has been vocal about his support for the Black Lives Matter movement and is a part of the Black Players for Change organization.
