Darlington Nagbe named to USMNT for World Cup Qualifiers

Midfielder Darlington Nagbe has been called into USMNT camp by Bruce Arena. This comes ahead of three important WCQ matches. And as a warm up, the National team will face Venezuela at Rio Tinto stadium in Sandy Utah this Saturday.

Nagbe made his USMNT debut in 2015. Since then he’s picked up a goal in 14 caps with the national team. He was left off the roster during the November World Cup qualifiers by then coach Jurgen Klinsmann. This means that the 26 year-old midfielder will miss two upcoming matches for the Portland Timbers.
