PORTLAND, Ore. – Portland Timbers midfielder Darlington Nagbe has been named to the U.S. Men’s National Team roster for three international matches, including two 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches, it was announced today.
Prior to the team’s 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches against Trinidad and Tobago and Mexico, Nagbe, 26, will join the U.S. Men’s National Team for an international friendly against Venezuela at Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy, Utah, on Saturday, June 3. Beginning at 7 p.m. (Pacific), the match against Venezuela will be broadcast live on FS1 and the Univision networks.
