The Portland Timbers travel to Seattle, Washington to continue their 2017 Cascadia Cup campaign, as they take on Seattle Sounders FC at CenturyLink Field (6:30pm PT, FS1).
The last time these two teams met was in late June as the Timbers drew Seattle 2-2 at Providence Park. Since then, the Timbers and Sounders have each played Vancouver one time. Portland took home three points on the road (July 23), while Seattle ended its Wednesday night match with the Whitecaps, knotted at 1-1.
Each rival has played in four Cascadia matches thus far, and the Timbers currently sit alone atop the standings with seven points.
