Boureille, Morris, and Salem to participate in ‘B’ License coaching course funded by U.S. Soccer, the NWSL, and the NWSLPA

The National Women’s Soccer League, the NWSL Players Association and U.S. Soccer partnered to hold a free ‘B’ License coaching course for current and former NWSL players. Current Thorns Celeste Boureille and Angela Salem and former Thorn Meg Morris (2016-18) will participate in the program.

Twenty-four athletes are participating in a 20-week program that will provide cost-free ‘B’ License courses in an effort to increase the number of high-level female coaches in the U.S. The cost of the courses will be covered in part by U.S. Soccer’s Jill Ellis Scholarship Fund. The NWSLPA and the league itself will also help cover the cost.
