SAN MATEO, Calif. – Portland women's tennis player Iva Zelic was named second team All-West Coast Conference in singles, while Sally Pethybridge and Rimona Rouf earned honorable mention recognition for doubles on Thursday. All awards were based on voting by the league's ten head coaches.
Zelic, who also earned second team honors last season, had an impressive 2022 campaign that saw her become just the fourth player in program history to earn a national ranking in singles. The Zagreb, Croatia native finished with 20 singles wins overall and a 13-6 dual singles record. She recorded four wins against nationally-ranked opponents.
