Wood Scores 1,000th Career Point in win over San Diego

PORTLAND, Ore. – Moses Wood scored a team-high 26 points and eclipsed the 1,000-point mark for his career in leading Portland to an 88-83 win versus San Diego Thursday at the Chiles Center.

Wood becomes the 47th player in program history to join the 1,000-point club, including teammate Tyler Robertson who reached the mark earlier this season.

The Pilots (10-11, 2-4) had three players score in double figures, led by Moses Wood, who had 26 points and seven rebounds. Tyler Robertson tacked on 19 points, six rebounds and eight assists and Juanse Gorosito chipped in as well with 11 points and five assists.
