PORTLAND, Ore. --- The Portland women's soccer team has added two more recruits as Selma Licina and Amber Mutsaers have both committed to the program and will join the Pilots this fall, announced head coach Michelle French. Mutsaers is a graduate transfer with one year of eligibility remaining, while Licina comes to The Bluff as a freshman.
"As a program, we are constantly looking to improve our roster by bringing in experienced and talented newcomers who will raise the level of competition not only within our team, but against our competitors as well," French said. "With Jenny (Wahlen), and now Selma and Amber, we have international players who will contribute to the Pilot program by bringing a different style of play and an international level of sophistication learned through competing against other high-level players on a weekly basis.
