PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland Pilots (8-5-1, 3-1-1 WCC) earned their first draw of the season against the Pacific Tigers (7-5-2, 2-1-2 WCC) 1-1 at Merlo Field. Sebastian Nava scored the goal for the Pilots while Erik Centeno scored for Pacific.
FIRST HALF
- Pacific opened the scoring in the 24th minute. Derick Roque played a through ball to Erik Centeno and the sophomore finished it to earn his fifth goal of the year and make it 1-0 Tigers.
- Despite allowing the goal, Pilot goalkeeper George Tasouris came up big several times for the Pilots, making three saves in the first half.
