PORTLAND, ORE – Entering postseason play for the first time in program history, the Portland Pilots Volleyball team have been selected to participate in the National Invitational Volleyball Championship. They will begin play on Thursday, November 29th against Northern Colorado at 4:00 Mountain Time in Laramie, Wyoming.
The Pilots went 18-12 on the season, earning the most victories in a single season in program history. They're the sole representative of the West Coast Conference in the NIVC, as BYU, Loyola Marymount, Pepperdine, Saint Mary's and San Diego have been nominated to play in the 2018 NCAA Women's Volleyball Playoffs.
