Strangio Sets New School Record at Portland Twilight

PORTLAND, Ore. – Matt Strangio highlighted Portland Twilight by breaking his own school record in the men's 1500 meters, running 3:36.95 PR to place second in the event. He previously set the school record three weeks ago at the Bryan Clay Invitational.

The Pilots picked up several wins during the meet. Alexis Leao won the women's 400 meters in 58.30, followed by Isabella Dreiling (59.85 PR) and Lola Richardson (59.86 PR). In the women's 400-meter hurdles, Jillian Bremont ran 1:05.12 to win and set a personal best.

In the distance events, Jonas Price had another standout race, running a personal-best 3:40.
