SANTA CLARA, Calif. – The Santa Clara Broncos erupted in the second half to pull away from Portland for a 102-89 victory Saturday afternoon in West Coast Conference action at the Leavey Center. The Pilots conclude the regular season with a 17-13 overall record and 7-7 WCC mark as they prepare for next week's WCC Tournament.
Moses Wood scored a team-high 23 points and added seven rebounds and four assists to lead the way for Portland. Chris Austin added 18 points, while Chika Nduka matched his career high with 16 points and grabbed seven rebounds, while Tyler Robertson and Kristian Sjolund added 16 and 11 points, respectively.
