PORTLAND, ORE.--- Redshirt-senior Taryn Rawlings continued her stellar season on Friday by breaking Portland's all-time record in the 800 meter run at the local Portland Twilight on the campus of Lewis & Clark College. Rawlings finished the race in a time of 2:03.90 for a 5 second improvement.
A short time after, redshirt-sophomore Lacey Conner collected a new PR in the women's 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 10:38.26.
Both the Portland Pilots men's and women's teams saw multiple runners claim new personal bests in the 1500 meter run, including 11 new PRs for the women and 4 for the men.
