SACRAMENTO, CALIF.--- The Portland Pilots men's and women's track and field teams concluded competition at the NCAA West Regional meet on Saturday, and redshirt-senior Taryn Rawlings had the highlight performance in the women's 1500m, including a new PR of 4:10.20 to break her second all-time record just this May.
While improving upon her own previously held first place all-time record in the 1500m, she also broke the school record in the 800m at the beginning of the month. Rawlings' time qualifies her for the 1500m semifinal at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Austin, Texas.
