STOCKTON, Calif. – The Portland Pilots (32-23) played their final game of the 2022 season on Saturday, falling 3-0 to the No. 1 seed Gonzaga Bulldogs (36-16) in the WCC Tournament.
Despite the loss, the Pilots finish still with the most wins they've had since the 2010 season. Their 17 conference wins in the regular season and 18 wins against conference opponents overall were also the most in program history. Their appearance this season in the WCC Tournament was the first in program history as well.
Peter Allegro took the loss in his first start of both his career and the season.
