MOSCOW, Idaho. --The Pilots needed just three sets (25-21, 25-19, 25-23) to beat the CSU Fullerton Titans Friday at Memorial Gym to open the 2025 season. The win improved Portland's overall record to 1-0 on the season.
The Pilots were led by a double-double from Maui Robins, who registered 10 kills and 10 digs on the day. Lucia Busso also added 12 kills to help the attack. On the defensive end, Jeryn Hildenbrand chipped in for with 12 digs to go with four blocks from Nevaeh Bray.
The Pilots will return to the Memorial Gym later today to take on Oral Roberts at 5 p.
