LONG BEACH, Calif. – The Portland women's tennis team will begin the 2022 campaign at this weekend's Beach Tennis Winter Invite at the Rhodes Tennis Center. The Pilots will join host Long Beach State, CSUN and Boise State for singles and doubles matches Friday through Sunday.
"This tournament is always a great event to start the Spring season," Portland coach Filip Zivkovic said. "The tournament has a Dual Match feel to it and the players get to experience what Spring competition will feel like."
Portland will open the competition in doubles on Friday against Boise State, followed by singles in the afternoon against CSUN.
