PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland Pilots shined at Merlo Field, taking down the Gonzaga Bulldogs 4-1. The win puts the Pilots at 8-5-0 on the season and 3-1-0 in WCC play.
Gurman Sangha, Ben Ortiz, Luke Hendel and Jacob Babalai all scored for the Pilots. Logan Dorsey had the lone goal for the Zags.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Gonzaga had the first shot, but Portland keeper George Tasouris had the tough save to prevent the score.
- The Pilots opened the scoring with a goal in the 18th minute.
