SALEM, Ore.---The Portland Pilots men's and women's track and field teams closed out a very successful regular outdoor season on Saturday at the West Coast Invite, including several first place finishes.
In the women's 400m hurdles, Michal Jones finished with a new personal best of 1:04.46 which creeped her up the UP records into fifth place all-time in the event.
Redshirt-senior Taryn Rawlings won the women's 1500m run with her time of 4:21.87, while teammates Maddy Lyons, Emily Peterson, and Ellee Becker all reached new personal records in the race, coming in at times of 4:24.
