PORTLAND, Ore. --- The Portland Pilot's men's and women's cross country teams will travel down to Springfield, Ore., for the University of Oregon's Dellinger Invitational. The race will take place at The Springfield Country Club, with the women's 5000m beginning at 5:15 p.m. and men's 8000m meter following at 5:50 p.m.
The men's cross country team was recently picked to finish second in the WCC, behind No.14 BYU. In updated USTFCCCA Polls, the men have also moved up one spot to secure an updated No. 22 national ranking. Last week at the OSU's John Frank Invite, the men placed first overall, beating state and crosstown rivals Oregon State and Portland State as 6 Pilots finished in the top 10.
