PORTLAND, Ore. – In their final home game of the season, the Portland Pilots took down the Oregon State Beavers 7-2 at Joe Etzel Field. The win puts the Pilots at 23-24 this season.
Nick Brink took the win for the Pilots after coming on in relief in the sixth inning. Brink only gave up one hit and no runs while striking out five in three innings of work. Jack Folkins was also solid as the starter, with only two runs and four hits allowed in five innings. Jacob Dobmeier closed out the evening for the Pilots.
