SAN MATEO, Calif.—Pilots rowers Maddie Olson and Tess Pritchett landed on the All-WCC Preseason Team for the upcoming 2021 season, the conference announced on Tuesday. The Pilots were selected to finish fourth in the coaches poll with 18 points.
At the 2019 WCC Championships, Olson competed on the varsity four, while Pritchett was a member of the varsity eight team.
The Pilots also finished in fourth place at the 2019 WCC Championships, which is the same spot they have closed out the season in for the past four years.
San Diego was picked to win the West Coast Conference by a one-point margin at 33 points, with Gonzaga close behind in second place at 32.
