PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland men's tennis team cruised to a 7-0 sweep of the Seattle Redhawks in the first of two home matches scheduled for the Pilots on Saturday. Portland will regroup and host the Sacramento State Hornets at 6 p.m. tonight. The match with have live stats and live video available at PortlandPilots.com.
The Pilots (3-0) wasted little time in setting the tone of the match Saturday morning against the Redhawks (1-5). Portland swept the doubles point as juniors Jamie Fisher and Goutham Sundaram improved to 3-0 on the season at the No. 3 position.
Portland then won all six singles matches in straight sets.
