APR Public Recognition Awards Database
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – University of Portland men's tennis and beach volleyball earned Public Recognition Awards based on their most recent multi-year Academic Progress Rate, the NCAA announced on Wednesday. These awards are given each year to teams with APRs in the top 10 percent their respective sport. Both programs logged perfect scores of 1,000 during the multi-year rates from 2013-17.
"Our teams perform at a high level academically across the board and it is nice to see the hard work of men's tennis and beach volleyball earn recognition," said Scott Leykam, Portland's Vice President for Athletics.
