PORTLAND, Ore. --- Portland men's soccer is adding recruits Yusuf Cueceoglu (Koln, Germany/Viktoria Koln/Villanova), Michael Hamilton (Madrid, Spain/Universidad Alcala de Henares/Saginaw Valley State), and Delentz Pierre (Casa Grande, Ariz./Real Salt Lake Academy) to the program, announced head coach Nick Carlin-Voigt. Cueceoglu and Hamilton have already enrolled at the University of Portland and are with the Pilots this spring, while Pierre will come to The Bluff as a freshman in the fall.
A midfielder, Yusuf Cueceoglu spent the past two years at Villanova, finishing second on the team in scoring with six goals and two assists. He made 17 starts as a sophomore, and during his freshman campaign he collected two goals and two assists.
