PORTLAND, Ore. --- Kris Reaves, a former all-region and all-conference center back for the Pilots, is joining the University of Portland men's soccer staff as a graduate assistant, announced head coach Nick Carlin-Voigt. Reaves spent two years (2017-18) with the Pilots before signing a homegrown contract with FC Dallas of MLS.
In 2016, Reaves was voted to the All-West Coast Conference First Team and he landed on the NSCAA All-Far West Region Third Team. He helped the Pilots collect a league-best seven shutouts on the year, and Portland won its first WCC Championship since 2002 to advance to the NCAA Tournament.
