SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Pilot libero Tinoa Woodward-Hart has been named the West Coast Conference Defensive Player of the Week, announced by the Conference on Monday. This marks the Pilots' first conference weekly award this season.
Woodward-Hart anchored the Pilots' defense over the weekend. She posted a match-high 11 digs at Oregon, led the team with 14 digs in the sweep of Eastern Washington, and capped the week with a career-high 28 digs to help secure Portland's five-set victory over CSUN.
