Kincaid Named USTFCCCA Student-Athlete of the Week For the Second Time This Season

USTFCCCA Release I Men's Schedule/Results

PORTLAND, Ore. --- Portland men's track & field senior Woody Kincaid was named the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) NCAA Division 1 Men's Student-Athlete of the Week for the second time this season. The recognition came after a stellar performance in the 3,000m last Friday night at The House of Track.

Amongst a tough field including Cam Levins, Paul Chelimo, and Eric Jenkins, Kincaid placed third with a time of 7:48.89. This mark is currently the fastest time in the nation at that distance, which means that Kincaid now holds the fastest national time in both the 3,000m and the 5,000m.
