KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Portland Pilots forward Joe Highfield was named a United Soccer Coaches All-American on Friday, making the third team. He becomes the 12th Pilot in program history to earn United Soccer Coaches All-American honors and the ninth to earn any kind of All-American honors since Nick Carlin-Voigt took the helm in 2016.
Highfield adds to the long list of honors he's received this year, having been named an All-West Region First Team selection by United Soccer Coaches earlier this year – a first for the striker – and All-WCC First Team honors.
