SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Noelani Helm notched a triple-double with 12 kills, 13 digs, and 25 assists to propel the Pilots to a 3-1 win (25-22, 26-28, 25-17, 26-24) over the Sacramento State Hornets Saturday on the road at The Nest.
The non-conference victory improved Portland's overall record to 3-0.
Helm had an outstanding day, notching a triple-double with 12 kills, 13 digs, and 25 assists to lead the Pilots. Her efforts earned her the title of tournament MVP. Jayde Harris also added 17 kills to help the offense. Keilani Mumolo also pitched in with five in the contest.
