Fourth-Quarter Comeback Spurs Pilots, Portland Defeats Dons 83-80 in OT

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. -- The Portland Pilots put together an incredible 18-0 run in the fourth quarter after trailing by 16 early in the period on their way to an 83-80 win over the San Francisco Dons in overtime.

The Pilots (17-6, 11-1) had three players score in double figures, led by Alex Fowler, who had 23 points, nine rebounds and three steals. Shearer added 21 points, eight rebounds and two steals and McKelle Meek chipped in as well with a career-high 15 points and five assists.

The Portland offense made hay from downtown, pouring in 12 threes on 30 attempts.
