PORTLAND, Ore. – Portland Pilots Women's Soccer had five players earn Academic All-District honors from College Sports Communicators on Tuesday, with Violet Rademacher, Sophia Hills, Kyah Zurek, Aliyah Dockter and Ruby Settle all making the team. It's the first time all Pilots have made the team except for Rademacher and Dockter.
To qualify for the team, a student-athlete most play in 90% of a team's contests or start in 66% of games and hold a 3.50 cumulative GPA. Only individuals with at least sophomore academic and athletic standing qualify as well.
Rademacher earns All-District honors for the second season in a row after a stellar year on the pitch and off it.
