PORTLAND, Ore. – University of Portland men's tennis will add Drew Davison (Montara, Calif./Half Moon HS) to the 2017-18 roster, head coach Aaron Gross announced on Friday.
"We are really excited to get a commitment from Drew," Gross said. "I can only think of one other player from Northern California that we have had through the years (Alex Strom). There are a ton of good players in that section and, unfortunately for us, there are a ton of good programs in Northern California that are usually able to secure those recruits, but we were able to sneak Drew by them.
