BOULDER, Colo. – Josh McSwiggan scored a team-high 22 points for Portland, but the Colorado Buffaloes used a 16-1 run to break an early second half tie and pull away for a 93-69 victory over the Pilots Wednesday night at the CU Events Center.
The Pilots (5-4) trailed by three at the half and were down nine with less than 10 minutes left in regulation, but the Buffaloes (4-1) closed the game in dominant fashion.
McSwiggan drilled 5-of-11 three-pointers and recorded his second 20-point game of the season. He was the lone Pilot to reach double figures.
