PORTLAND, Ore. --- For the third time this season, Portland senior Chris Clements is the Rawlings West Coast Conference Pitcher of the Week after securing a pair of victories on the hill. In 10.0 total innings against No. 8 Oregon State and Loyola Marymount, Clements surrendered just two earned runs, gave up only three hits, K'd eight, and walked one.
On Tuesday at Ron Tonkin Field in Hillsboro, Clements came on in relief against No. 8 OSU, working two scoreless innings as the Pilots toppled the Beavers 5-1. He struck out two against OSU and allowed just one hit.
