SAN BRUNO, Calif. – Portland junior point guard Alec Wintering and senior guard Bryce Pressley earned All-West Coast Conference honors, the league announced on Tuesday. Wintering was named to the 10-player first team, while Pressley garnered second team honors. Voting was done by the WCC's ten head coaches and based on performance in league games only.
BYU senior Kyle Collinsworth was named the WCC Player of the Year, while Gonzaga's Eric McClellan took home Defensive Player of the Year honors. Saint Mary's, the WCC co-champs along with Gonzaga, had the Coach of the Year in Randy Bennett and Newcomer of the Year in Joe Rahon.
