SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference has announced its Men's and Women's Cross Country All-Academic Teams for the 2018 season, encompassing WCC student-athletes who excelled this year both on the course and in the classroom. A staggering total of 24 Pilots earned either first-team or honorable mention honors to cap the WCC season.
On the men's side, six WCC institutions were represented across the board on the All-Academic Team, showcased by No. 2 BYU and No. 5 Portland with three student-athletes each.
This year's squad features two repeat appearances, BYU's Clayton Young and Pepperdine's Nick Heath, who picked up his third consecutive All-Academic honor with a 3.
