PORTLAND, Ore.---Five members of the Pilots women's track and field team and 12 members of the Pilots men's team have qualified for the 2021 NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships preliminary competitions, announced the NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Track and Field and Cross Country Committee.
The NCAA West Preliminary Meet will take place College Station, Texas from Wednesday, May 26th to Saturday, May 29th, with the NCAA Championships set for June 9-12 at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore.
Representing Portland on the women's side, Veerle Bakker and Anna Pataki both qualified for preliminary races in three different events at the regional meet.
