For their Fall Poker Classic (FPC) satellites scheduled for 5 p.m. PT on October 13th and 14th, Wynn Las Vegas is debuting a new hybrid format. The $300 buy-in “Milestone” satellites – which will award seats into the FPC’s $1,600 buy-in, $1M GTD No-Limit Hold’em tournament – allow players two routes to securing a seat:
- A player who accumulates 150,000 in tournament chips (“The Milestone”) or more will instantly be awarded one (1) Tournament Prize. Upon verification from the tournament supervisor that the player has achieved the Milestone, the player will cease play and the total of his/her chips will be removed from play.
