Due to the weather heating up and the World Series of Poker taking place on the other side of the country, most of the major tournaments with at least a $10,000 guaranteed prize pool on New Jersey regulated online poker rooms failed to meet their guarantees this past weekend.
That being said, the weekend produced many big winners, with the biggest being than Fred "Scooby-D0O" Ferrell, who won over $15,000 in two big tournaments on PokerStars NJ.
Ferrell's biggest haul came in the Sunday Special, $50,000 Gtd, when he outlasted a field of 214 players to claim the top prize of $10,750.
