Jonah “RaiseUpBlind” Silverstein helped himself to not one but two major tournament titles at PokerStars on June 27. Winning two events in a single day is a fantastic achievement at the best of times, but Silverstein’s double haul was made all the more impressive due to the quality of the fields he navigated through.
Victory number one came in the $1,050 Sunday Cooldown, an 8-Max PKO tournament that attracted a compact yet talented field of 72 entrants. Half of the $72,000 prize pool went on the heads of each entrant with the remaining 50% being shared among the top nine finishers.
