The latest 888poker UK Poker League (UKPL) Main Event has crowned its champion, with Harry Sandford forever being known as the 2025 UKPL Edinburgh Main Event champion. Sandford came out on top of a 262-strong crowd in the £560 buy-in Main Event to take home £23,960 of the £124,440 prize pool.
Sandford's prize represents the largest of his live poker career so far. At the turn of the year, Sandford finished fourth in the 888poker UKPL Portsmouth Main Event for £20,005, and this score beats that impressive sum.
