PokerStars is inviting players from around the world to join in the Lunar New Year celebrations with a 12-event micro-stakes festival fronted by Georgina "GJReggie" James.
GJ’s Lunar New Year runs from February 1-6 and features 12 micro-stakes tournaments themed around the Lunar Zodiac. Ten of the tournaments have $2.20 buy-ins, one comes with a $5.50 buy-in, before an $11 buy-in Main Event brings the curtain down on the festival. PokerStars is guaranteeing GJ’s Lunar New Year players will win a share of at least $50,000 by the time the festival concludes, despite the micro-stakes buy-ins.
