The biggest tournament of the 888poker Sale Week promotion has crowned its worthy champion, and Brazil’s "Chipss182" is the player who took it down. The $100,000 guaranteed Mystery Bounty Main Event usually commands a $109 buy-in, but 888poker players could get in on the action for only $55 during Sale Week on Sunday.
Some 1,865 players took full advantage of the half-price buy-in. That monster-sized crowd was whittled to the final table of eight on the first of two days, with those eight finalists returning to the action on Monday evening under the watchful eyes of the 888poker Twitch stream team.
