We’ve gone from Elliott getting a deal done as soon as today because it was “close” to now it’s unclear if Elliott will play in Week 1. It’s a huge hassle, but things are quiet right now on the Dak Prescott contract front. Could a deal for Dak get done before Week 1? In Cowboys News, there are some notable injury updates. In good news, Amari Cooper, DeMarcus Lawrence, Byron Jones, Tyron Smith and Zack Martin are all able to practice today. However, Donovan Wilson, Luke Gifford and Darian Thompson are not.
