Zach Banner inactive again in Week 8 for the Steelers against the Browns

The Pittsburgh Steelers have released their inactives for their Week 8 matchup against the Cleveland Browns. With two players already ruled out due to injury and one player elevated from the practice squad on Saturday, there are four healthy scratches of the six players on the list.
