If you’ve watched a reasonable number of NFL football games, you’ve probably seen a brutal injury at some point. Even with all the rule changes and advancements in equipment, the NFL is still a physical and dangerous league.

One injury that stands out to Steelers fans is the one to Ryan Shazier in 2017, which ended his career. What some may not know is that another major injury, albeit not as severe happened a few plays earlier.
