The Pittsburgh Steelers wasted no time starting their head coach search with six interview candidates (and counting) lined up during the first two days. They will likely cast a wide net at first before narrowing down the list throughout the process. But how do they select these candidates? Pittsburgh Post-Gazette’s Gerry Dulac gave some insight into the process.
“Omar [Khan] and Art Rooney [II] will conduct the thing for the most part. Omar will be identifying the candidates, and then they’ll be put in front of Art,” Dulac said Thursday via 102.5 WDVE’s Morning Show with Randy Baumann.
