Watt, Smith-Schuster Both Make Gil Brandt’s 2017 All-Rookie Team

The Pittsburgh Steelers top-two draft picks of 2017, outside linebacker T.J. Watt and wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster, certainly had strong rookie seasons. While nether will win any primary or national awards for their play during the 2017 season, both made the annual All-Rookie team that NFL Media senior analyst Gil Brandt recently put together.

As for Watt, who the Steelers drafted in the first round out of Wisconsin with the 30th overall selection, he registered 7 sacks during his rookie season and played 76.4% of all defensive snaps.
